A stool for every day, light in hand and steady underfoot. Designed to tuck in neatly at the table, this stool was originally made for our youngest son, Gus. Each of our children has a stool made for them - for when they graduate out of the high-chair - which is why we joke we can’t possibly have any more kids.

The detailing on the stool is beautiful - the Walnut hand-shaped seat contrasts with the paler Ash legs, shaped for strength with a clever footrest that enables you to turn the stool around when you’ve outgrown one side, or just prefer a lower perch. A beautiful companion piece to the rituals of daily life - it’ll take you through from spilt weetabix to spilt wine.

CARE

Each of our objects is handmade in our workshops in Devon, UK using locally sourced fine bone china. Fine Bone China is the strongest ceramic body so will proper care and attention these will last you for eons! All colours are dishwasher safe up to 65º except for the 24ct Gold, which is handwash only.

Please do not use any abrasive cleaners on them, we recommend liquid detergents.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We have perfected shipping heavy, fragile goods around the world using no plastic at all. We endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday), we use DHL which is tracked and usually very speedy. Occasionally items are painted to order, so if you are in a hurry or have a specific delivery request please email us enquiries@feldspar.studio

Everything we make is created by the careful hands of skilled craftspeople using endangered heritage processes. All our objects are made from start to finish in our workshops in rural Devon using techniques that are listed as 'Critically Endangered' here in the UK.
