We’d noticed a dearth on the butter dish scene. Being (both) the descendants of dairy farmers, we thought this was nothing short of a travesty. So we’ve designed one, made in our crisp white fine bone china with a contrasting hand-painted handle. It is perhaps the most used object in our kitchen.

CARE

Each of our objects is handmade in our workshops in Devon, UK using locally sourced fine bone china. Fine Bone China is the strongest ceramic body so will proper care and attention these will last you for eons! All colours are dishwasher safe up to 65º except for the 24ct Gold, which is handwash only.

Please do not use any abrasive cleaners on them, we recommend liquid detergents.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We have perfected shipping heavy, fragile goods around the world using no plastic at all. We endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday), we use DHL which is tracked and usually very speedy. Handmade in England

Everything we make is created by the careful hands of skilled craftspeople using endangered heritage processes. All our objects are made from start to finish in our workshops in rural Devon using techniques that are listed as 'Critically Endangered' here in the UK.
