Feldspar is a family-run design brand creating ‘objects for life’ – beautiful things made properly, and to last, by the careful hands of talented craftspeople (just the way they should be). Using endangered heritage processes, their fine bone china wares are handmade and hand-painted at their workshops in Devon. Each object has an elegant and simple aesthetic, designed to weather the trends of time and sit happily in any interior.

Inspired by a move from London to the wilds of Dartmoor back in 2015, Cath and Jeremy started making their own beautiful essentials inspired by items their grandparents were using daily, that were fifty or even 300 years old and still serving their purpose perfectly. The first thing they made was a mug for coffee, with a wonky profile to sit perfectly in the hand. The inaugural mug - with its distinctive silhouette and hand-painted cobalt blue handle to echo the palette of classic chinaware - set the tone for design defined by their attention to thoughtful details.

This year - after almost a decade making ceramics - Jeremy has returned to his roots in woodwork to create the first Felspar furniture collection. Entirely handmade using only storm-felled local timber, the collection comprises of striking and elegant works with their signature refined yet tactile surfaces.

Feldspar designs and the stories behind them have been featured in the likes of Wallpaper*, World of Interiors, House & Garden, The Sunday Times Style, Telegraph Magazine and Living Etc. to name a few. Their handmade ceramic collections are sold in leading design retailers across the globe from Hong Kong to Canada.
