Teal Oval Serving Platter
A big platter for serving up a storm. Perfect for huge fennel salads to feed a crowd or for a whole roast chicken or even a side of salmon. A party platter - made to sit on a table amongst (many) friends.
This platter has low, almost flat sides - ideal for a whole barbecued fish or a pavlova pudding. The sides are just tall enough to catch the juices from a smorgasbord of strawberries but it is more plate than bowl. A supremely elegant way to present anything from chicken to chickpeas, it is handmade from fine bone china in our Devon workshop and has hand-painted banding in Teal, exclusive to Fortnum & Mason. Due to the huge size of this dish, the surface can appear slightly more dimpled than our plates, this is a trait we embrace - the marks of the maker.

CARE
Each of our objects is handmade in our workshop in Devon using locally sourced fine bone china. Fine Bone China is the strongest ceramic body so with proper care and attention these will last you for eons! All colours are dishwasher safe up to 65º except for the 24ct Gold, which is handwash only.
Please do not use any abrasive cleaners on them, we recommend liquid detergents.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We have perfected shipping heavy, fragile goods around the world using no plastic at all. We endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday), we use fully tracked, next day delivery couriers.
