CARE
Each of our objects is handmade in our workshop in Devon using locally sourced fine bone china. Fine Bone China is the strongest ceramic body so with proper care and attention these will last you for eons! All colours are dishwasher safe up to 65º except for the 24ct Gold, which is handwash only.
Please do not use any abrasive cleaners on them, we recommend liquid detergents.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We have perfected shipping heavy, fragile goods around the world using no plastic at all. We endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday), we use fully tracked, next day delivery couriers. All our objects are made from start to finish in our workshops in rural Devon using techniques that are listed as 'Critically Endangered' here in the UK.
