Merrivale Side Table

A substantial side table with presence, grounded by a hand-cast fine bone china base and topped with delicately detailed storm-felled timber. The contrast of the two materials is harmonious - the bright white of the ceramic anchoring the warmth and tactility of the wooden tabletop, balancing utility and sculpture. The base is thickly cast to create a sturdy and strong plinth onto which the wooden top is fixed, its softly undulating edges echoing the curves of the ceramic.

This table is also available with a larger tabletop and a hand-sculpted wooden base that takes its form from the ceramic version. The tabletop can also be made to a bespoke size, just get in touch with your requirements.
