Shipping & Returns
We aim to make ordering from us as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, from the moment you place the order to unpacking your delivered items! To help with this, we offer FREE SHIPPING (Royal Mail, 48 hour service) within the UK if your order totals over £50.
Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email immediately. All orders received before noon will be shipped out on the same day, any orders received after then will be shipped the next working day. If your order is placed after noon on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped the following Monday. We offer a range of different shipping options, just choose the one you prefer on the checkout page!
For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Prices reflect Royal Mail Pricing, which is dependent on weight & destination. Please note that you may be eligible to pay local customs or duties specific to each country: these are not included in the shipping charge.

If you wish to return an item please notify us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please remember that all our items are handmade and therefore they can all vary very slightly!
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, it can be returned or exchanged provided it is returned in its original packaging and that both are in perfect condition. Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund items need to be posted TRACKED or couriered back to us within 14 days of being received by you.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We wrap and pack all our objects very carefully, and check everything thoroughly for any faults before sending out. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing through the details and photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. The item will need to be returned and will be replaced if a replacement is in stock and available, otherwise a full refund will be given. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.
Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
