Refund policy

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item please notify us at enquiries@feldspar.studio as soon as possible. Please remember that all our items are handmade and therefore they can all vary very slightly!

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, it can be returned or exchanged provided it is returned in its original packaging and that both are in perfect condition. Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund items need to posted TRACKED or couriered back to us within 14 days of being received by you.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at wrap and pack all our objects very carefully, and check everything thoroughly for any faults before sending out. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing through the details and photos of the damage to enquiries@feldspar.studio. The item will need to be returned and will be replaced if a replacement is in stock and available, otherwise a full refund will be given. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.

Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
